Privacy policy

We only collect the data you give us when you fill in the contact form:

• First and last name
• Email address
• Company, country and phone number, if you choose to provide them
• Subject and message of your inquiry
• The language in which you were browsing the site

In addition, the hosting service records technical data from each visit, such as the IP address and browser type, for security and operational purposes. If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics collects usage data from the site, as explained below.

We do not request sensitive data as defined in section 2 of Argentine Law 25,326. Please do not include it in your message.

We use the form data to answer your inquiry and, where appropriate, to arrange a meeting or the start of a service. We do not use it to send you advertising, nor do we sell or transfer it to third parties for commercial purposes.

Analytics data is used in aggregate form to understand how the site is used and to improve it.

By submitting the form you consent to this processing, in accordance with section 5 of Law 25,326. Filling in the form is voluntary, but without your name, last name, email address and message we cannot reply to you.

To run the site we work with the following providers, which process data on our behalf and only to provide their service:

• Vercel, website hosting
• Resend, delivery of contact form inquiries by email
• Google, through Google Analytics, only if you accept analytics cookies

These providers have their servers outside Argentina, mainly in the United States. By using the site, your data is transferred to that country with your consent, in accordance with section 12 of Law 25,326, and under each provider's data protection terms.

The site does not use its own tracking cookies. It stores a single preference in your browser, whether you accepted or declined analytics, so that it does not ask you again.

Google Analytics uses cookies to measure visits. They are only set if you accept them in the notice shown when you arrive, and you can change your choice at any time through the Cookie preferences link at the bottom of every page.

We keep form data for as long as necessary to answer the inquiry and manage any relationship arising from it, and for the periods required by law. Once that purpose is fulfilled, the data is deleted.

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against loss, unauthorized access and alteration. The site runs over an encrypted connection.

You may request access to, rectification, update or deletion of your data at any time by writing to info@ccconsultora.com. We answer access requests within ten calendar days and rectification, update or deletion requests within five business days, as set out in sections 14 and 16 of Law 25,326.

The data subject has the right to access their personal data free of charge at intervals of no less than six months, unless a legitimate interest is proven, in accordance with section 14, subsection 3 of Law 25,326.

The Agency for Access to Public Information, as the supervisory authority of Law 25,326, has the power to handle complaints and claims filed by those whose rights are affected by non-compliance with the rules in force on personal data protection.

The site is aimed at companies and professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

We may update this policy when the site or the regulations change. The date of the latest version appears at the top of this page.
